1. What kind of data do you provide?
   We provide individual investors with data for charting and technical analysis. This includes Date, Open, High, Low, Close, Volume, and Open Interest.
2. What market exchanges do you support?
   Our service covers every equity stock exchange in North America and most equity stock exchanges in Europe and Asia. We provide a worldwide futures and commodities package, and even provide coverage of all international indicesthat's close to 3,000 indices on all world markets. 3. How much historical data do you have available?
   All of our historical data goes back at least 15 years. We even provide you with a free 5 year historical data CD when you sign up.
4. Is your data clean and accurate?
   Reuters data is the accepted worldwide standard of news and information. We have over 400 people worldwide checking our data to make sure its good for our customers. Reuters DataLink is the only service that provides AutoCleanTM effortless automatic error correction. We'll even automatically correct the data you've already downloaded!
5. How much does Reuters DataLink cost?
   Pricing starts at $24.95 a month with a 20% discount for annual accounts. All historical data for the plan you sign up for is included. For example, if you sign up for the North American Stock & Mutual Funds plan, you get complete access to current and historical stock quotes. 6. How do I get your data into my computer?
   You download it using a compatible download software program through the Internet.
7. What do I need to start collecting data?
   You need an Internet Service Provider, a Reuters DataLink account ID and password, and downloading software like The DownLoader for Reuters DataLink.
8. Is my software compatible with your data?
   There are many programs compatible with Reuters DataLink. Contact ITService/Reuters DataLink Sales for more information.
9. When can I collect data?
   You can download any amount of data at any time. Most of the database is updated with the current day's data at 6:00pm EST. The DownLoader has a built-in timer that will automatically collect your data at any time you prefer.
10. How do I construct Futures Symbols?
    There is a guide for constructing Futures Symbols with Reuters DataLink. If you want manually constructed Futures symbols to display in either MetaStock's Open dialog or The Downloader's New Security Lookup, you can create a custom sym file.
